Lets Make This Official!

Just wanted to make sure everyone is "in the loop"

We are still planning on having our multi-family garage sale on Sat. June 6th! It will be held in Andrea's yard. We thought that would be the perfect place, considering it is also the Air Show! There should be people from all over, looking for a good spot. So, start going through all that stuff you have hidden in your basements, the corner of your garage, or up in the closets! More people will come if they can see some good stuff from the street. From my garage alone, we've got beds, couches, t.vs, a mini-fridge, weight sets, a treadmill, crystal vases, tons of clothes, and who knows what is all of Carly's boxes! We can get some great stuff sold! Remember, the goal of this garage sale is to meet Dave Ramsey's first goal: Get $1000 put away for your emergency savings. I bet we can do it! If you haven't used it within the last 2 years, I bet you don't need it! :) Lets sell it!

Bumper Crop of Girls

Ha, ha! I beat Cherilyn to it, but she had a couple of days to post. She and Brady are having a girl!!! We saw the video last night. It's not a peanut any more. You can really see features. Congratulations!

Colton's Eagle Court of Honor

Save the date, Colton and Austen George will receive their Eagle at a Court of Honor on May 2, 2009. It is at 5:00pm at the Fort Lane Chapel. My assignment is to ask for/bring 4 dozen cookies or brownies or something. Any Helpers? Consequently it is the 33rd anniversary of my Confirmation into the church. (just so you know, no gifts please) Oh yea and it's Cherilyn and Brady's first wedding anniversary. Oh and Britton might be moving again, send everything to the mission home at Millcreek.

Blessing Baby Eva

I just wanted to let everyone know that we will be blessing Eva on May 3rd at our ward at 9:00 AM. Most people don't have to know ahead of time, considering they're already in our ward...I just thought I'd give everyone a heads-up. We will be having a lunch afterward at our house. Please let me know if you'd like to bring a salad, dessert, or something. :)

It's spring, I think!

Jackson is so happy to have a break from school as is Megan. I wonder what they will do to keep busy. Colton leaves tonight to go to California with the school choir for the week. I think Dave and Maria are planning a trip sometime this week to Mesquite to visit Bob and Peggy. VIP soccer starts for Laurel. Jessica found out that she can graduate in one more year!!! Poor Nicole has 4 more years! She'll do it though.

I am going to the dry pack cannery this week to take advantage of food storage needs.

Tyler is going to spend Easter with us. Our egg hunt will be next Saturday. We usually duct tape two people together since all our little kids have gotten big. We told Nicole that we were going to tape her to Tyler.

Happy Birthday

Laurel just had her 47th birthday!!! That sure does make Ralph and me old! Nicole had hers the week before on the 27th - the same day Eva was born! Happy wishes to you all. April birthdays include Ileen's on the 24th and Maria's the 26th.

Anniversary

Congratulations to Andrea and Lynn for their enduring love. Sorry I didn't post this closer to the event, but know I was thinking about you. Hope you had a happy one. Love, Mom
